The topic of Safety is fundamental at Lamberti and in fact the activities linked to it are continuous and permit us to obtain recognitions and certifications. Safety Year will be the opportunity to focus even more on the objective of eliminating risks, not just in the workplace but also in everyday life.

Some future activities have already been planned, including:

- the grat Kekasko! competition, for all children in the employees' families, to increase the attention on the use of personal protection devices and learn safety when still young

- Safe family, a subject that will be developed through articles in the corporate magazine and training initiatives with the objective of contributing to safety education in the family

- Security comparison, articles on the corporate magazine on specific aspects of safety in different workplaces

- the Safety, I join it project is still ongoing. After the distribution of the poster with the Safety decalogue, the diffusion of the drawings with the risks to be found out and the observation activity aimed at checking the safety degree of many operations in all workplaces

- in 2010 the Group is strongly focused on obtaining certifications, particularly BS OHSAS 18001 and Responsible Care certifications
