All ingredients are manufactured to meet up-to-date requirements of international regulations.
Lamberti group has developed natural and synthetic polymers. The contribution of the former affiliate Cesalpinia Chemicals (end 2008 merged into Lamberti spa) has added skill and expertise in oleochemicals as well (surfactants and emollients).
Beside the classic product range, Lamberti group has increasingly introduced natural derivatives based on renewable raw materials (Eco-cert).

Stiamo ricercando uno/a stagiaire da inserire all’interno della struttura del Laboratorio di Ricerca e Sviluppo ingredienti e materie prime per il settore cosmetico. I candidati ambosessi dovranno possedere una Laurea in Chimica, CTF o analoghe possibilmente con una specializzazione in Cosmetica, doti di precisione, affidabilità, passione per l’attività di laboratorio e attitudine al teamwork. Completano il profilo la capacità di utilizzo di strumenti informatici. La durata dello stage è di 6 mesi. La sede di lavoro è : Albizzate (Va). E’ prevista una borsa di studio più l’accesso alla mensa aziendale.

BORON FREE CATIONIC GUAR - FEDERCHIMICA AWARD
Lamberti has received the 2009 Product Stewardship Award from Federchimica for the development of Boron Free Cationic Guars Esaflor BF2 and Esaflor BF7. This recognition is assigned by the industry association to chemical companies that in the Responsible Care program have distinguished themselves for special attention to the responsible management of products throughout their life cycles. Our winning project concerns the elimination of boron from the cation guars for cosmetics, used in the purification processes of this important ingredient of shampoos and conditioners. In fact, we found alternative solution in the purification of these modificed polysaccharides welcomed by the market segment most sensitive to these problems. The joint effort of the Guar and Personal Care labs, with the Zanica plant, made it possible to obtain Esaflor BF 2 and Esaflor BF 7, purified cation guars totally boron-free, with a view to even greater attention to the health of workers and consumers. This project was developed in the manner and timing required and forerunner of an imminent EU directive to eliminate boron from cosmetics.

Thanks to its cationic nature, ESAFLOR BF 7 interacts with the horny skin layer, thus reducing negative effects of soaps and surfactants. Due to its high cationic charge it’s an excellent conditioner for hair and skin formulations and shows superior performances in silicon deposition. It is suggested as foam booster and substantivity agent in shampoos, balsams and liquid soap formulations.
