We have a solid, longstanding relationship with our local communities and are fully aware of our responsibility towards them. With our project “Training Island”, with more than 100 participants since it was launched in 2012, we involve special-needs individuals on a job-training program in our Headquarter, designing a path according to their individual attitudes and capabilities.
