As a one-stop shop for wood coatings, we provide everything needed to achieve top-tier performance and innovation. Our extensive range of ESACOTE® binders supports a variety of formulations, from traditional 2K systems to modern 1K solutions, as well as the latest advancements in water-based radiation-curable and bio-based formulations.
Beyond binders, our portfolio includes polymeric matting agents, like DECOSPHAERA® and SPHEROMERS® that deliver low gloss and natural look without compromising performance, along with a comprehensive selection of rheology modifiers (VISCOLAM®) and waxes (ADIWAX) to fine-tune application and finish.

Rust never sleeps, neither we do
For years, our expertise has been rooted in waterborne polyurethane dispersions for coil coating pretreatments, antifingerprint or thin organic coatings, providing reliable and effective products to enhance adhesion and corrosion resistance. Our ESACOTE® waterborne polyurethane dispersions are used for a long time as pretreatments on many different substrates like galvanized steel, Zn/Al alloys and aluminium. They provide corrosion protection and enhance adhesion of overlayers like primers and top coats allowing to achieve best performance in many industries like home appliances, building and construction.
Recently we approached the general industrial and direct to metal market and we launched ESACOTE® AC 509: an innovating acrylic binder specifically designed for outstanding anticorrosion performance and able to develop anticorrosion performance up to C5 classification.
At our booth you will also find SPHEROMERS® a range of monosized beads that provide excellent performance as matting agent and texturizing agent for coil coating top coat formulations.

DECOSPHAERA® are available in different particle sizes and different colors, allowing to achieve outstanding aesthetic appearance and haptic. Moreover they provide long lasting matt effects with outstanding mechanical performance, enhancing coating durability.
SPHEROMERS® – Based on PMMA polymer, they are monosized transparent beads that offer exceptional performance in creating deep matt, durable and smooth/textured surfaces (depending on particle size and film thickness) without compromising transparency, burnish, wet scrub, abrasion, or scratch resistance.
Together with high performing matting agents, our portfolio includes a full range of additives for water based paints like natural rheology modifiers (ESACOL®), synthetic rheology modifiers (VISCOLAM®), dispersants (REOTAN) and defoamers (DEFOMEX).
