Founded in 2005 at our Fiorano Modenese site, the Technological Ceramic Center is the heart of our Research & Development activities in the ceramic sector.
Created as a technological hub serving all the Group’s ceramic divisions, it is where ideas, expertise, and innovation come together to create advanced solutions for ceramic bodies, traditional and digital glazes, and decorative applications.
Located in the heart of the Sassuolo Ceramic District, the Center benefits from constant interaction with leading industry players, ensuring a practical, results-driven approach to technological development.
Expertise
Our team of specialized technicians and researchers brings extensive know-how across all areas of ceramic technology, including:
- formulation and test of chemicals for ceramic bodies for various applications;
- development and optimization of chemicals for glazes and engobes for both traditional and digital use;
- design and test of chemicals for ceramic inkjet inks;
- rheological and chemical-physical analysis for ceramic field;
