Polymeric beads are engineered surface microstructures, designed to become an integral part of the coating film. Their spherical geometry, controlled particle size distribution and defined mechanical profile are not functional add-ons, but structural elements that shape the surface from within.

They are produced through proprietary polymerization processes, ensuring consistent particle size, morphology and quality across production batches.Whether there are polyurethanes (Decosphæra®) or crosslinked polyacrylates (Spheromers®), this process control makes polymeric beads reliable, repeatable building blocks of surface design—embedded in the system, not applied on top of it.
