Aware of the fact that corporate ethics require governance based on trust, transparency, and integrity, Lamberti encourages the collaboration of its employees and third parties for the purposes of revealing illicit, fraudulent, or suspicious phenomena, as well as any other irregularities or conduct not compliant with the law and the Company's internal regulatory system.
To this end, Lamberti has drafted and approved this Procedure

Consapevole del fatto che l'etica aziendale richiede una governance basata su fiducia, trasparenza ed integrità, Lamberti incentiva la collaborazione dei propri lavoratori e di soggetti terzi ai fini dell’emersione di fenomeni illeciti, fraudolenti o sospetti e di qualsiasi altra irregolarità o condotta non conforme alla legge e al sistema regolamentare interno della Società.
A tal fine, Lamberti ha redatto ed approvato la presente procedura
Guidelines WB Platform
These Guidelines have been prepared in order to illustrate the methods that allow the Company to become aware of breaches of regulatory provisions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the organisation, in order to address any problem in a timely and resolute manner.
To allow whistle-blowers to provide a report, the Company has adopted a digital communication channel ("whistleblowing platform") through which it is possible to notify that violations, illicit conduct, behaviours, acts or omissions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the Company that compose it have been committed.
Linee Guida Piattaforma WB
Queste Linee Guida sono state redatte per illustrare i metodi che consentono all’Azienda di venire a conoscenza di violazioni delle disposizioni normative che danneggiano l’interesse pubblico o l’integrità dell’organizzazione, al fine di affrontare tempestivamente e con determinazione qualsiasi problema.
Per consentire ai segnalanti di presentare una segnalazione, l’Azienda ha adottato un canale di comunicazione digitale ("piattaforma di whistleblowing") attraverso il quale è possibile notificare che sono state commesse violazioni, comportamenti illeciti, atti o omissioni che danneggiano l’interesse pubblico o l’integrità dell’Azienda che ne fa parte.
