Lamberti believes that the health of people and the integrity of the environment must be part of the company's values and objectives. Therefore the management of the production plants must respect and preserve the safety of customers and of the local community that lives near the plants: this respect is achieved with a continuous process of prevention and reduction of all forms of pollution. The implementation of an Environmental Management System according to the UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 is considered necessary to guarantee the management of environmental issues with commitment and with continuity focused on preventing and reducing environmental impacts in order to sustain an industrial development. This system, integrating themselves with the Quality System according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000, is part of the general management system.
