Once joined our community, our people take part in set of activities to boost their multidimensional development. We tailored unique introduction and onboarding program to facilitate the insertion into our corporate culture.

We believe in importance of synergy between accademia, business world and the territory. We are always willing to offer high school students (Alternanza scuola lavoro) the opportunity to get to know the working world and closely introduce them safe and sustainable chemistry sector.

We support the implementation of doctoral degrees in chemistry and we enter into agreements with leading Italian Universities and Business Schools for the activation of curricular internships, to complete the training, and extracurricular traineeships to consolidate knowledge and develop high specialized skills.
