R&D and Application Natural Polymer Development 

We are looking for a resource in the R&D and Application Laboratory – Natural Polymer Development who, reporting to the R&D Manager, will be responsible for: 

• Development and application of new products  
• Evaluation and characterization of raw materials and finished products 
• Execution of application tests in order to introduce Lamberti products within the Customer's production cycle. 
• Learn and apply applicative methodologies  
• Investigate and understand the behaviour of products and formulations and correlate them with the application performance 
• Support in preparing promotional material and organizing technical meetings 
• Support in the preparation of samples / formulations for customers 

Education and other requirements: 

• Degree in Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry with an interest in technology and processes 
• Experience in R&D or Application Laboratory is a plus 
• Knowledge of instrumental analytical techniques 
• Good in English 
• Good knowledge of the main application software and IT tools 
• Proactive behaviour and team work spirit  
• Curiosity and problem-solving spirit 
• Creative and target oriented  
• Accuracy, autonomy and reliability complete the profile 
• Willing to travel
