Pretreatment

In the auxiliaries for pretreatment sector, Lamberti has been active for many years as a reliable partner capable to supply a complete range of chemicals, meeting the highest ecological requirements.

Wettin agents

Savotex DCL	Detergent specifically developped for wool
Imbitex NDT	Non silicone low foaming with high wetting in both hot or cold conditions, with good detergency and good stability to alkalis
Imbitex TBL	Wetting and de-aerating agent
Imbitex MRC	Wetting / penetrating agent for mercerizing of cotton.
Tensolam Na liq.	Low foam, special wetting / dispersing agent for TNT wet treatments
Imbitex NRW3	Wetting agent for water-and oil repellent finishing.

Detergents

Biorol CPNN	Wetting and detergent agent with alkaline stability in NaOH up to 10°Bé. Recommended for continuous scouring / bleaching and Jigger application
Biorol JK new	Wetting and detergent agent with extremely low foam properties, recommended for high bath turbulence machine (e.g. jet, overflow etc.)
Biorol OW 60	Generic wetting and detergent agent suitable for desizing, scouring and bleaching process.
Lamegal BLNT	Anti redeposition and reserving agent for the after soaping of printed goods
Biorol OWK	Detergent / wetting agent, low foaming, high concentration, recommended for over-flow. Suggested to remove silicone oil on Lycra blends.
Cesapon Silk liq.	Specific scouring, de-gumming agent for silk
Cesapon Extra	High detergent power product containing solvent

Sequestring/Dispersing agents

Chelam NEX	Neutral sequestering agent for the demineralization pre-treatment of natural cellulosic fibres. Suitable in enzymatic desizing treatment.
Chelam TLW/T	Multi-purpose sequestring and dispersing agent for all kind of textile process. No shade variation on dyestuff containing metals.
Chelam AB	Sequestering agent for acid scouring of knitted cellulosic fibres.
Kelanton FAB	Sequestring agent for Ca and Mg
Lamegal TL5	Multi-purpose sequestring and dispersing agent for all kind of textile process

Enzymes

Lazim HT	Thermo-stable amylase for rapid high temperature desizing
Lazim BG	Enzymatic agent. Recommended for the desizing of fabrics sized with Starch and CMC. Optimum of activity: pH 6,5 at 65° C
Lazim PE	Specific enzyme for bioscouring; it gives optimal wettability, it improves dyeing and color fastness without causing depolimerization and fabric strength loss.

Bleaching

Stabilox OTN conc.

High concentrated stabilizer for alkaline bleaching with hydrogen perocide. Suitable for all kind of process.

Antifoaming agents

Antifoam SE 47	General defoaming agent.
Defomex JET	Silicone defoamer effective up to 130° C. Recommended for HT and JET dyeing systems
Defomex 2033	Non silicone defoamer for printing and coating pastes.

Anticreasing agent

Lubisol AM

Lubricating and anti creasing agent for rope wet operation on all kind of fibers and machines.
