Dispersing Agents

Strong ionic and surface interactions

Strong ionic and surface interactions

Our Dispersing Agents belong to an extensive family in acrylic portfolio, that plays an essential role in coatings, paints or inks, when it comes to efficiently suspend Inorganic Fillers and Pigments.

They are polycarboxylic polymers or copolymers with a relatively narrow molecular weight that ranges from some thousands to several tens of thousands of dalton. That renders them highly efficient in dispersing and milling operations even at a low dosage.

The polymers backbone bears a high density of anionic anchoring groups able to create strong ionic bonds with the elements to be suspended while keeping down the system viscosity.

We produce our Dispersing Agents through a solution polymerization.

We are highly oriented to the continuous optimization of this standard process from the side of quality consistency, control of residual quantity of hazardous reactants and water management.

We reduced to zero the use of solvents to dedicate our production lines to Waterborne Products, thus significantly reducing workers exposure.
