In addition to these primary technologies, there is formulation, which enables us to provide customized products by combining a number of products or adding other raw materials. Along with the central R&D labs, concerned with products and processes based on primary technologies, there is the R&D linked to business, particularly the formulation and the performance assessment of products, as well as their promotion on the market. It is a matrix structure: the central labs interface with the business labs, focusing on the various projects.
