Purchasing:
managing the industrial supply of raw materials, materials and services. This role offers an opportunity for young graduates with a degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Economics, with a strong critical mind, attention to a business environment and an excellent knowledge of English.
Strategic Planning and Logistics:
the resources selected for this area will manage all activities linked to the whole production process: packaging, calculation of production costs, manufacturing schedule, transport management, cost analysis and scheduling the warehouse allocation of the finished products. This area is a great opportunity for young graduates from technical-scientific faculties and for those with a degree in Management Engineering.
Production Area and Process Technology:
the positions which offer most opportunities to young high school qualified people and graduates are: process technology, industrial engineering, plant development and maintenance, technical assistance. Prospects for professional development could include increased responsibility in the running of the production plants, areas and departments. The environment is stimulating and informal and is an opportunity for chemists and engineers who would like to develop their career in an Italian context but constantly cast in an international setting. This area is a great opportunity for young people with high school qualifications in chemical and technological subjects as well as – for positions with more responsibility on the projects – graduates in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, and Engineering.
Safety and Environment:
the Lamberti Group has always pursued the objective of developing their industrial production in an environment of total safety and environmental respect. The young environmental engineers who will join the HSE area will deal with the management of the integrated environmental and ecological system, as well as creating, managing and improving the fire prevention, accident prevention and industrial hygiene procedures.
Sales Area:
the resources, junior and senior, joining the Lamberti Group sales area will be involved in managing the various sales strategies of the Group, specialising mainly in the divisions assigned to them. Working for objectives, communicative and sales skills, autonomy, highly focused on results are the unavoidable characteristics for the young sales people in the Lamberti group.

Administration, Finance and Control:
