Internship (work experience)/recent university graduates

The same personal characteristics and the same scrupulous selection procedure is followed when choosing interns for the company.
Every year the Lamberti Group offers the most promising final-year university students and recent graduates with potential a real opportunity to enter the company with work-experience placements of 3, 6, and 12 months.

The areas in which interns are most often placed are: marketing, external relations, research and development, finance, control, human resources, production, logistics, engineering and information systems.
An internship in the Lamberti Group is an interesting experience from an educational and cognitive point of view: the candidates selected will have the possibility, followed constantly by a line manager, to run, take part in and be responsible for one or more projects independently, completely integrated and involved in the whole company context.
Furthermore, an internship is often a real opportunity for a permanent position within the company.
