The Board of Directors of Lamberti , by resolution of May 26^th, 2022, approved the update - sixth version - of its “Organization, management and control” model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.

The new edition is available on our website in the Download section.

The new version of the Model testifies to Lamberti's commitment to compliance with the rules and laws and principles of ethics and integrity.
