Lamberti Transforma - A scholar year later

The growth of the project

The growth of the project

The "Lamberti Transforma" project was born in the city of Nova Odissea (near São Paulo) in February 2021 to provide economic-scientific knowledge to new micro-entrepreneurs.
The ultimate goal of this project is for young entrepreneurs to "walk on their own two feet" so as to increase their job opportunities and blossom the potential of their business.

The method adopted to generate shared value is to first look at the person and his reality, then understand what can generate change in this context and what should be done to build better opportunities for that person and his micro business.

A select group of students had the opportunity to attend both practical and theoretical lessons, taught by volunteers experienced in the economic-entrepreneurial sector.

Feedbacks from some of the participants and the results obtained were excellent.
This is also due to the fact that the lessons were first conducted at a general group level and then the scholars had the opportunity to benefit from the private consultancy of an expert mentor in the economic sector.
This method enabled the project participants to best apply the concepts learned to their individual needs and address the greatest number of obstacles.

These testimonials are proof that sometimes all that is needed is a little guidance to grow your business.

Igor and everyday economic concepts

Igor is a young Brazilian entrepreneur who has often had to deal with situations of economic imbalance.
He says that his family often alternated periods in which they had a positive economic situation, which allowed them to cope with daily life and afford some luxuries, with situations of poverty, in which money was scarce.

Thanks to the Lamberti Transforma project, Igor learned the concept of cash flow. Moreover, thanks to private consultations with mentors, he learned to apply this concept on a daily basis, so that he could dilute economic activity throughout the year and avoid situations of poverty.
In addition, the fact that he learned all this from volunteer entrepreneurs, stimulated him to also disperse advice to his friends or people in need.

Marcela and her jewelry store

Marcela is a small businesswoman who has just started her own business.
When she learned about the "Lamberti Trasforma" project, she immediately expressed her intention to participate.

This course was perfect for her: a new entrepreneur in the jewelry sector, with little previous economic knowledge.

The theoretical group lessons were fundamental for her, but especially the individual lessons with the mentor. In this way Marcela was able to put into practice what she had learned, testing with her own hands what advice worked and what did not.

She started to manage her new company with the help of professionals, who, thanks to practical advice dictated by experience, helped her to face obstacles and to be able to reap the benefits of her business and "open her mind".
