The gender inclusion

The "Lamberti Trasforma" project was born in February 2021 in the city of Nova Odessa with the aim of enriching the entrepreneurial culture, increasing female participation and mitigating the gender inequality, accentuated again after Covid-19.
The pandemic has in fact increased inequality in the world of work, bringing female participation back to the levels of 30 years ago.
The Lamberti Trasforma project was successful in the female but also in the male audience, which now represents 8% of the participants.
A protagonist of male inclusion is Vagner Pinheiro, a retired artisan interested in the production and sale of knives, who, together with his wife and daughter, participated assiduously in the lessons and in the phases of individual accompaniment with consultants.
Vagner Pinheiro

Vagner is a hard worker, with a great desire to do and get involved continuously. Throughout his career, he has always found solutions in terms of business.
Thanks to his personal and scholastic skills, constantly updated by SENAI courses and experience, he was able to save financially and reach an economic stability in order to finally be able to realize his dream: to start a production of knives.
When he learned about the Lamberti Trasforma project, he immediately expressed his intention to have the opportunity to acquire new concepts and apply them to his business idea. During the lessons, he and his family always interacted, encouraging and supporting each other. Testimony of this, the fact that the daughter Débora managed the social part to create a network support.
The importance of the training course

During the training, Vagner improved his organizational skills, managing to determine correctly prices, his real profit and his monthly remuneration, based on economics knowledge.
AdC team helped Vagner to become an “Individual Micro-entrepreneur”, officially formalizing his business.
Vagner then showed interest in expanding his marketing strategy. According to his forecasts, his sales are split 50% between online and in person, which is why he would like to increase online sales and strengthen his customer network by using social media as a contact channel. A consultant from the Lamberti Trasforma program created the graphic part of the e-commerce site, managed by her daughter Débora.
The fundamental role of family

Vagner and his family taught us that collaboration within families with the support of AdC is essential to strengthen the self-confidence of the participants, making them appreciate their work more.
His daughter Débora claims that she tried to help her father, but it is only thanks to the course and the consultancy that he finally recognizes himself as an entrepreneur.
Together we are stronger!
"I thank God and Lamberti for giving me the opportunity to participate in the course, for showing me the path of my business with new eyes. Then I especially thank the AdC team because without them it would not have been possible to formalize me or know how much I really earn with my products. I have a lot to do, but I'm on the right path without any illusions."
