Lamberti Transforma II - Global Engagement

The journey of transformation

The 1st project was addressed exclusively to women. However, during the training, other families members had to be included. We understood the importance of widening our audience and we allow men to participate. 

This change is productive because stimulates a greater collaboration inside families, strengthening the flow of dialogue and mutual learning, both personally and professionally. Based on concrete experience, the 2022 project was designed taking into account the different social scenarios.

Lamberti Transforma II is not just a place of learning, it's a place of relationships, exchange and collective growth. That's why some trainees of the first program have decided to continue their journey of transformation, putting themselves at the service of the new participants, becoming promoters and agents of change.

Tatiana

Tatiana is an artisan. She tells us that the knowledge acquired in the first program of the course promoted concrete changes in her business and personal life. Tatiana shared the contents with her husband and together they realized that they could also apply the lessons learned at home.

A family that changes its attitude so profoundly becomes a multiplication factor with other families in the surroundings.

Silvana

Silvana owns a hair salon for over 25 years. She shares her gratitude for her success, which is also attributed to the teaching and attention of the team.

Gratitude becomes a multiplication factor when Silvana tells other entrepreneurs and clients about her journey in the Lamberti Transforma I project.

Vagner

Vagner is a knifemaker. He participated in the first Lamberti Transforma. He was really satisfied and now, he is attending the second program.

He wants to scale up the knowledge he has acquired and to involve also his friends.
When you acquire knowledge, you want to share it, not keep it for yourself. That's what convinced him to invite other people to learn and be part of this group.

He wishes everyone to have an opportunity like this.

Raquel

Raquel is an entrepreneur that is not afraid to face new different challenges. She tells us the project exceeded her expectations and today she desires to help new trainees to have the same possibility to transform their lives.

She offered as a volunteer for the 2nd edition of the project.
