Empowering Local Communities

Project update July 2025

Reading time: 3 min

In January 2025, Lamberti proudly introduced Horizon 360°, the latest evolution of the Lamberti Transforma project. Developed in close collaboration with AdC (Aventura de Costruir), this initiative reaffirms Lamberti’s long-term commitment to social responsibility in Nova Odessa, home to our main production site in South America.

Horizon 360° expands on previous editions by offering a modular, scalable training experience designed to support microentrepreneurs in the Campinas region. The 2025 format not only widens access to new participants but also strengthens the journey for alumni—providing them with new tools to grow their businesses, expand their networks, and build long-term autonomy.

This year, the program welcomed 49 microentrepreneurs, including 10 returning participants from earlier Lamberti Transforma editions. Each entrepreneur began with an in-depth baseline interview that included:

  • A careful observation of their daily business realities
  • A detailed analysis of their company’s current stage

The most requested learning paths included:

  • Financial Education – 24 participants
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media – 20 participants
  • Strengthening for Trade Shows – 14 participants
  • Business Plan Development – 13 participants
  • Partnerships & Networks – 12 participants

This personalized, self-directed approach ensures that each entrepreneur receives targeted support aligned with their specific business challenges.

A distinctive feature of Horizon 360° is its participation in a broader AdC-led initiative to foster collaboration between academic institutions, corporations, and community programs. While this initiative is open to all AdC projects, it is strongly supported and promoted by Lamberti as part of its strategic investment in community empowerment.

One successful collaboration emerged with IBMEC University, where students in the Technological Solutions for Business engineering course worked directly with AdC and local entrepreneurs. Together, they co-developed:

  • Websites and digital storefronts
  • Enhanced product pages and user experiences
  • Tailored technological solutions to business challenges

These exchanges help bridge the gap between technological innovation and grassroots entrepreneurship, creating real-world impact while fostering a culture of collaboration.

In addition to academic partnerships, corporate partners play a key role in Horizon 360°. For instance, Santander Bank provided one-on-one coaching on:

  • Creating income statements
  • Managing cash flow

Moreover, AdC curates the Rede Avante Empreendedor—a virtual community of over 300 microentrepreneurs across various programs—where experts share insights on topics proposed directly by participants. This space acts as a hub for ongoing learning and dialogue, amplifying the voices and needs of the community.

With Horizon 360°, Lamberti renews its mission to drive inclusive growth in Nova Odessa and Campinas areas thanks to AdC, whose deep community ties and collaborative model allow Lamberti and its partners to plug into an existing ecosystem of trust and support.

By backing modular training, digital integration, and cross-sector collaboration, Horizon 360° creates a real-world playground for learning, empowerment, and transformation—one where each microentrepreneur can grow their potential and shape their future.
