Horizonte 360°: Empowering Change Through Knowledge and Collaboration

Within the framework of Lamberti Transforma, the empowerment program organized for Lamberti  by Aventura de Costruir (AdC), Horizonte 360° is the 2025 project dedicated to empowering vulnerable microentrepreneurs across Brazil: a journey of learning, innovation, and transformation.

What began as an effort to engage and understand the needs of small business owners has grown into a living ecosystem of collaboration.

After conducting a baseline assessment to identify areas for growth, we launched a second phase focused on modular training, collective learning, and personalized consulting. we are now at the third phase, where ideas take shape into action.
Each participant, supported by our experts, is developing a project deliverable that reflects their learning and vision for their business.
The most promising initiatives will be awarded Seed Capital grants of R$ 5,000, helping them bring their business plans to life and scale their impact sustainably.

Entrepreneurship in Motion

Among the 50 selected microentrepreneurs, 26 have already produced 35 comprehensive project reports, each grounded in one or more of our 14 training modules.
Ten entrepreneurs designed financial plans; eight developed digital marketing strategies, five created partnership plans and four built business plans from the ground up.
Each report tells a story of resilience and determination, proof that when opportunity meets support, transformation follows. Among the many inspiring journeys:
Mayara, who produces handmade bags and kimonos, discovered that pricing was the key to her business’s future. By learning to value her work and explore online sales, she reached new customers and strengthened her brand.
Lucimara, creator of afro hair accessories, realized that high material and labor costs were compromising her margins,  a turning point that led her to reimagine her pricing and operations.
Cristiane, once intimidated by financial management, overcame her fears by learning to create her own spreadsheets. She reorganized her sales, gained confidence, and found new clarity in her business strategy.
Each of them embodies the spirit of Horizonte 360°: transforming barriers into opportunities, and challenges into purpose.

A Network That Makes It Possible

At the heart of Horizonte 360° lies a powerful network of volunteers, educators, and institutions who share their time and expertise to help others thrive.

The partnership with Ibmec brought invaluable contributions from professors and students of Information Technology, who designed a Virtual Marketplace: an online platform that serves both as a store and a delivery system for products and services in the Sorocaba and Nova Odessa regions.
FECAP professors joined to enrich our digital learning offer, helping us develop new online training modules.
Belas Artes college contributed with courses in advertising and marketing, expanding creative perspectives for our entrepreneurs. Through the  Rede Avante Empreendedor, participants gained access to events, mentorships, and connections within a broader entrepreneurial community.

Adding an international dimension, the collaboration with the Servizio Civile Universale (Italy) brought us Nico Dicuonzo, a 27-year-old volunteer who supported several women entrepreneurs in shaping their financial and marketing strategies.

Transforming Challenges Into Purpose

Perhaps the most striking outcome of Horizonte 360° is witnessing how many women , faced with limited opportunities, have turned their challenges into strength, creating authentic, powerful personal brands.

Their transformation is both professional and deeply human: a reflection of the belief that entrepreneurship can be a path to dignity, independence, and hope.

“Seeing these women grow into confident entrepreneurs — each becoming a unique, inspirational brand — has been one of the most rewarding parts of this experience.”

Nico Dicuonzo, Volontario Servizio Civile Universale

Looking Ahead

As Horizonte 360° continues, we remain guided by one clear purpose: to build bridges between knowledge and opportunity, turning ideas into impact.
With every new partnership and every new entrepreneur empowered, the circle of transformation widens — 360 degrees of progress, inclusion, and shared growth.
