Lamberti Iberia decided to invest in the care and preparation of its team to develop skills to manage daily challenges with greater success.
Led by high-performance expert coach Sara Mariner, the team completed a 20-hour course about "Positive Management of the Stress and generation of well-being and efficiency", consisting of theoretical concepts as well as individual and group activities and dynamics.
Learning can also be fun!
