CASE forum to foster Collaboration

In July 2025, the Lamberti Surface Treatment Division CASE business unit – met for its annual EMEA Sales Meeting. Held for the first time not in HQ, but in the heart of one of Lamberti’s top production & application development sites in Trissino.

The choice of the location was well though as Trissino is not only a center of excellence for leather coatings but also a tangible representation of Lamberti’s innovative center. It provided the perfect backdrop to reconnect, exchange, learn from each other, and grow as a team.

CASE stands for Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, and Elastomers – key segments where Lamberti brings high-performance natural and synthetic polymers sustainable solutions. The team gathered to review the first half of the year, share regional perspectives, and look ahead to upcoming product innovations. But above all, this was a meeting designed to inspire.

From Successful technologies to success stories

Over the course of two days, participants presented market insights, commercial challenges, and successful strategies from their territories. They explored future product launches, focusing on performance and sustainability, and gave the stage to several powerful success stories.

One standout example was the introduction of a new product line to a major player in the Direct-to-Metal (DTM) coatings sector – a long-standing goal for the team, finally realized thanks to a precise combination of market listening, technical agility, and customer collaboration.

These stories weren’t just celebrated –They were also analyzed; What made them work? How can they be replicated across geographies or market segments? The success relies upon: clarity of customer need, the strength of Lamberti’s application-driven R&D, and a trusted client relationship willing to co-develop new solutions.
