The FairWays Foundation

Alongside the She Dares and Lamberti Transforma projects, which show the Lamberti Group’s commitment to supporting people through partnerships with local NGOs and the inclusion of vulnerable community members, the Group is also strongly invested in environmental protection.

While She Dares and Lamberti Transforma focus on education, support, and empowerment, particularly for women who gain confidence and independence with positive effects on their families and communities, the FairWays Foundation,  through conservation projects and educational programs, promotes a culture of responsibility and sustainability, reinforcing the link between human development and the protection of natural resources.

The FairWays Foundation

The FairWays Foundation is a not-for-profit organization committed to protecting the environment through conservation-based projects and educational initiatives.

Established by Aquatrols in 2018 and wholly funded by the Lamberti Group since 2023, the Foundation supports local and global projects that promote the sustainable use of natural resources and environmental stewardship across the turfgrass, horticulture, and public park sectors, as well as broader communities.

2025 Initiatives

In 2025, the Foundation provided funding for eight projects across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, including a major pollinator habitat initiative in Michigan that will transform part of Pheasant Run Golf Course into 87,000 sq. ft. of native wildflower meadow.

All projects are set for completion by summer 2025.
