Together, we have built a true community: unified, cross-functional, and determined to run in the same direction.

Lamberti at the Milano Marathon, April 12th, 2026
Reading time: 3 minutes
April 12th is more than just a date on the calendar. It will be a moment of shared energy, of footsteps joining in unison, and a finish line that represents so much more than a physical distance.
On that day, Lamberti will take to the streets for the Milano Marathon relay—a project that weaves together our people, our local community, and our commitment to sustainability into one powerful movement.
What we will see on race day is only the tip of the iceberg. Behind the scenes lies a journey built over time through collaboration and active participation. In recent months, the company has fostered an internal dialogue: On March 30, a workshop dedicated to the project and the fundraising campaign took place: a dynamic and hands-on moment where people can get involved, share their motivations, and transform an initiative into something deeply meaningful.
The beating heart of this initiative is, above all, our colleagues.
Their free and voluntary participation has created a diverse team of thirty-two people, united by the desire to contribute. Eight teams, four people each—but one shared spirit.
“Una mano per…” is an association providing concrete aid to families with children who have special needs, offering both practical assistance (services, legal rights, and bureaucracy) and human support (inclusion and daily companionship).
Together, we have built a true community: unified, cross-functional, and determined to run in the same direction.

Every step carries an even deeper meaning. The marathon format includes a charity program: a solidarity initiative that allows runners to take part as teams supporting a good cause, contributing to the projects of one of the 140 non-profit organizations involved in the Milano Marathon.
Guiding us on this journey are four key figures from the association “Una mano per…”: Cinzia, President and head of Recreational Therapy project; Chiara, the strategic mind who built our solid network; Stefania, the organizational soul and operational point of reference; and Enrico, who gave the project its voice through communication and social media.
The marathon run by Lamberti’s teams is tied to a concrete social cause: supporting special children by offering them an hour of recreational therapy.
An hour that may seem small, but for them means growth, freedom, and a reason to smile. An hour that can change a day—and sometimes much more.

Lamberti has chosen to take an active role by promoting both an internal and external fundraising campaign on the Rete del Dono platform. The goal is ambitious—the kind that makes your legs tremble a little… but also makes your heart beat faster. And that is exactly why it is worth pursuing. With the energy of the group, the strength of the organization, and the belief that together we can go beyond any limit, even the most challenging finish line becomes achievable.
This initiative did not happen by chance. It is the natural evolution of a path Lamberti has walked for years. For some time now, the company has invested decisively in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles, focusing on three core pillars:
- Environmental: Taking concrete action to reduce our footprint.
- Social: Supporting projects that benefit the community.
- Governance: Strengthening our processes and organizational accountability.
The April 12th marathon is the most vivid expression of this commitment: a tangible, participatory, and visible gesture. It is our way of turning values into action.
Beyond its charitable value, this project leaves a deep mark within the company. It strengthens relationships, creates new connections, and fosters a sense of belonging that goes beyond everyday work.
Because, ultimately, this is not just about running. It is about choosing to be there, doing your part, and believing that every step—even the smallest—can contribute to something greater.
With this initiative, Lamberti once again proves that it is much more than a results-driven company: it is a community that looks to the future with responsibility, care, and heart.
Support us. Run with us. Be part of this journey of solidarity.
